Take some time out for you for a stunning 3-day yoga, dance, meditation, and breathwork retreat in Mount Lyford - alpine village.

Celebrate all that summer brings

Mount Lyford is a beautiful alpine village in the mountainous inland Kaikōura region – 146 kilometres north of Christchurch between Culverden and Kaikōura, 40-45 minutes away from Hanmer Springs & Kaikōura (respectively). Mount Lyford Lodge (pictured) provides a stunning venue for this retreat – nestled at the base of the village, surrounded by forest, mountains; the upper lounge space opens out onto a stunning deck with picturesque mountainous backdrop for our group practices and gatherings.

This 3-day retreat is an opportunity to be present to Self through guided movement and mindfulness practices with Jane Hardcastle (yoga therapist), Sue Beach (mind coach & reiki practitioner), and Katie Cambridge (unravel dance therapy). Connect with others, or dedicate this time to Self as we gather for group practices, and somatic exploration through guided awareness.
